Colonial PVA's National Service Officers exist to make sure that doesn't happen to you.

Our National Service Officers (NSOs) are veterans and trained specifically on spinal cord injuries and disorders. This is the kind of specialized knowledge that allows them to document a claim correctly from the start. They know what the VA looks for. They know what gets missed. They know how to fight.

Every dollar they recover belongs entirely to you. The service costs nothing.

How the Service Program Works

Specialized advocacy at every stage of your claim.

National Service Officers (NSOs)

Our NSOs advocate on behalf of veterans before the VA regarding disability claims and benefits. They are available at the Baltimore VA, the Philadelphia VA, and the Wilmington VA. Because NSOs are trained specifically on spinal cord injuries and disorders, they know how to document the details that other service officers miss — the way someone walks, leans, or compensates, the early symptoms in a service record that point to a later diagnosis. That specificity matters enormously in how a claim is resolved.

Veterans Administration Voluntary Service (VAVS)

Our VAVS representatives attend VA meetings, provide supplies, and advocate for hospitalized veterans within VA Medical Centers. They are a consistent presence for veterans who need support and representation during their care.
